The Vedas are the root for our way of life and it is our duty to protect them and preserve our heritage. By contributing towards the Vedic Studies, one protects our heritage for generations.

Sri SitaRama Veda Samskrutha Vidya Peethamu invites individuals or organizations with similar goals to connect with us and share in our vision, projects and activities.

Donate towards our cause

The Vidya Peethamu is a charitable organization and we provide free education, food, lodging and above all, a home and family away from home, for our young students.

• The costs for a single student is about Rs. 50/- per day or Rs.1500/- per month.
In addition, we have 4 Pandits in residence at the Vidya Peethamu:
• 2 Vedic Teachers with a salary of Rs. 12,000/- a month each
• 1 Smartha Pandit with a salary of Rs. 10,000/-
• A Sanskrit Pandit with a salary of Rs. 5,000/-

Contributions of any amount are welcome and received with gratitude.

• Donate on birthdays and anniversaries for family and loved ones. Please consider adopting a Vedic student monthly or yearly to celebrate your event.
• Adopt 1 student's expenses for a month - Rs. 1500 or $35. If you are interested in receiving mail from the student you sponsor, we will send a photo and personal thank-you message from him.
• Annadanam is one of the greatest donations - donate a meal to the Vedabhoomi family on important occasions or events in your family.
• Annadanam in person - If you reside in the Hyderabad area and would like to donate in kind (Annadanam) for your or your loved ones' occasion, please contact us - we welcome rice bags, dal/lentil bags or similar items.

Donations to the trust are exempt U/S 80-G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in India.
We are planning to setup PayPal to make it easy for our donors to reach us.
